Cancelling a preorder

You can cancel a preorder at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund to your original payment method. Email jethrodesigns@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns after delivery

To be confirmed: The change-of-mind returns window and conditions (for example, 30 days, unused and in original packaging, who pays return postage) have not been decided yet. This section will be updated before the first orders ship.

Faulty or damaged products

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your Magic Fidgetz arrive damaged or develop a fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method used at checkout, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
